ACID DESERT captures a surreal landscape alive with color, gesture, and graphic mark-making. Painted cacti rise across a shifting terrain while a vertical burst of neon orange cuts through the composition like heat, signal, or eruption. Textured letters float above the scene, blending humor with elemental symbolism.

Built through layers of acrylic paint and collage on wood panel, the work balances spontaneity with structure — part imagined terrain, part emotional map. The tactile surface and vibrant palette give the piece an energetic presence while remaining approachable in scale.
