WONDERFALL Acrylic on Canvas | 30" × 30"

You can almost hear it.

A waterfall threads down through dense tropical foliage — ferns, fan palms, broad-leafed jungle green in every direction — the water itself painted in luminous aquamarine and white, cold and clear against the deep, saturated greens surrounding it. The composition presses in from all sides, the jungle refusing to give the water more room than it absolutely needs, which somehow makes it more powerful rather than less.

The palette is deep and jewel-toned — almost every shade of green imaginable, from the near-black of shadow beneath the canopy to the electric lime of a fern catching the light, with the blue-green of the water as the single cool note that pulls the eye inevitably upward and downward simultaneously.

Wonderfall. The title does what it says. A wonder. A fall. The particular magic of moving water in a place where everything is alive and growing and completely indifferent to being observed.

This is a painting that brings the outside in — genuinely, completely, without compromise.

FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer free shipping on most works, with shipping costs (when applicable) never exceeding 10% of the piece's price. Large canvases ship rolled in a professional tube; oversized works requiring special packaging may be an exception, and we're happy to provide a quote. International collectors are responsible for any duties and taxes upon arrival.

Can I receive my painting already stretched and framed?

Large works ship rolled by default for safety in transit. If you'd prefer your piece delivered already on stretcher bars, contact us before purchasing for a separate shipping quote at your own expense. If you're interested in framing, reach out to claire@clairepriceartist.com to discuss your vision — we're happy to provide quotes and mockups to help you visualize the finished piece.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the work. Choosing an artwork is a deeply personal experience, and we'll do our best to help place the right piece in your home — if something isn't right, contact us immediately and we'll try to facilitate an exchange or, if necessary, a refund. For returns, the client is responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the piece back to us; once it arrives safely, a full refund is issued minus shipping and related expenses.

Is each piece truly one of a kind?

Yes — every original is a unique, one-of-one work, signed by the artist on the front and/or back, and shipped with a certificate of authenticity establishing provenance. The artist retains all copyright to the image, and reserves the right to reproduce it as prints or use it in future projects, at her discretion.

Do you take custom commissions?

Occasionally, by inquiry. Commission pricing is calculated at $4.50 per square inch, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin. Contact us to discuss your piece and confirm availability.
