1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of decorumatelier.com and the purchase of original artwork from Decorum Atelier. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All paintings sold on Decorum Atelier are original, one-of-a-kind works of art. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. Product descriptions and dimensions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

4. Commissions

Custom commissioned works are subject to a separate commission agreement, which will be provided prior to work beginning. Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped per our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Decorum Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference. Commissioned works and prints are final sale.

7. Intellectual Property

The sale of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Decorum Atelier. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decorum Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
