Each piece from Decorum Atelier is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art. We take great care in packaging and shipping every painting, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition — exactly as it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Condition Requirement

Artwork must be returned in the same condition as shipped — undamaged, with original packaging materials intact. We reserve the right to decline a return or reduce any refund if the artwork shows signs of damage, handling, or alteration that occurred after delivery.

Damaged on Arrival

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the artwork and the packaging. We will file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue promptly, including a full refund or replacement where possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage in transit or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance for the full value of the artwork. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Commissioned works — custom pieces created to your specifications
Prints — all print editions, once delivered
