Tropical Delight is an immersive, large-scale journey into the interior of a tropical garden at the absolute peak of its abundance — fan palms, banana leaves, monsteras, traveller's palms and tree trunks rising in a layered composition that has no single focal point because every point is equally, insistently alive. The eye moves continuously — from the warm terracotta bark of the foreground trees, upward through layers of green that range from near-black shadow to the most electric lime imaginable, outward to the blue-black depth of sky glimpsed between canopy layers.

And then — almost hidden, mid-flight between two palm trunks — a parrot. Blue-green, wings spread, completely at home in a world that was made for exactly this kind of creature. Find it. It will take a moment. That moment is part of the painting.
